Products and supplement information
We aim to describe products accurately and to keep product information, prices, images, ingredients and availability up to date. Product information may be supplied by manufacturers, brands or our fulfilment partner and may change without notice.
Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product information on our website is not medical advice. Always read the product label, ingredients, directions for use, warnings and allergen information before use.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, under medical supervision or have an existing health condition, you should speak to a suitably qualified healthcare professional before using supplements.
You must use all products responsibly and in accordance with the label instructions. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep supplements out of the reach of children unless the product label expressly states that the product is suitable for children and it is used under appropriate adult supervision.
-
Health, nutrition and marketing claims
Any nutrition or health claims made on our website are intended to comply with applicable UK rules for food supplements. We do not make medicinal claims and we do not claim that any supplement prevents, treats or cures disease.
If you believe any product description, ingredient, claim or image is inaccurate, please contact us at info@ethicallongevity.co.uk so we can investigate and correct it where required.
-
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We may send an order acknowledgement, but your order is only accepted when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may refuse, cancel or refund an order where:
-
the product is unavailable or discontinued;
-
there is an error in the product description, price, promotion or delivery charge;
-
payment is not authorised or later fails;
-
we suspect fraud, misuse of promotions or unauthorised resale;
-
we cannot deliver to your address; or
-
we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.
-
Prices, payment and promotions
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before checkout.
We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time. If a product is discounted after you place an order, we are not required to refund the difference.
Discount codes and promotions are subject to availability and any stated terms. We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time before an order is accepted.
-

-
Availability and substitution
Products are subject to stock availability. Because we use a third-party dropshipping/fulfilment service, stock information may change quickly.
If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer an alternative, delay the order, cancel the affected item or provide a refund.
We will not substitute a product without your agreement unless the substitution is minor and does not materially affect the product ordered.
-
Your right to cancel
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To cancel, you must tell us clearly by email at info@ethicallongevity.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us that you wish to cancel.
We will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard delivery charge, if any, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
If you selected a premium delivery service, we only need to refund the standard delivery cost.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

-

Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
We may reduce a refund where the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or where it has been opened, used, damaged or returned incomplete, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
